Right of return

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products received, they may be exchanged or returned and refunded.

From the moment you receive your purchase you will have 14 days to exercise your right to return.

To return the goods, write on the back of the shipping document the reasons for the return, attach it to the products to be returned, and send it to the sender's address indicated on the package.

You are responsible for the shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part and if you have received defective or damaged products.

We will not accept returns of items with broken or missing material.

In the case of defective items, we will only replace or refund products that have manufacturing defects and not those that are not functioning due to possible incompatibilities.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal referred to above may be exercised provided that the product is not tampered with or modified, that it is returned in the same conditions in which it was shipped.

Besides being a right by law, for us the right of withdrawal is a commitment of Fraternal availability.

For information you can contact the customer service of Massoneria.Store at the e-mail address: info@massoneria.store, while for the right of withdrawal the communication must be forwarded together with the products that must be sent at your expense to the sender's address.

Remember that you can always count on a telephone contact at the number and times specified at the bottom right of the Home Page.

Refund

Provided that the returned products are not damaged, you will be refunded the price paid excluding shipping costs.

In many cases we refund the total amount, so your satisfaction is our first priority.
